What will happen to my deposit or registration fees?
We know that every family is different, and every situation is different.
FOR ALL REGISTERED JULY 2020 CAMPERS:
Lutherhill Ministries will transfer your registration payments to a credit for future programs on July 15th UNLESS you notify us via the form below that you would like to donate or receive a refund for all or part of your registration fees.
I would like to TRANSFER my registration fees to use for a later program.
Great! No need to do anything else. Your registration fees will appear as a credit on your account for future programs effective July 15.
I would like to DONATE a portion or all of my registration fees.
By not holding summer camp, Lutherhill will be impacted in unimaginable ways. By donating all or part of your registration fees, you can invest in the continued HOPE for the future. Please fill out this form and let us know what portion you would like to donate by July 10. A donation receipt will be sent to you.
I would like to REFUND a portion or all of my registration fees.
We understand the pandemic has affected every family in different ways. Our Board of Directors has approved full refunds for all cancelled programs. If you would like a refund, please fill out this form and let us know what portion you would like refunded by July 10.

How can I invest in the future of Lutherhill?
This public health crisis will continue to pose a significant financial impact on Lutherhill Ministries. Retreat operations have been suspended since mid-March, creating a sizeable loss of revenue. Cancellation of summer camp creates even more lost revenue. Every camper comes to camp at a reduced rate because our ministry leaders are committed to never let finances keep children from experiencing camp.
