• What’s included in the common spaces?

  The Retreat Center includes a kitchenette, lounge area, meeting space, and 2 outdoor gathering patios. 12 bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows are situated to either side of the common space.

• What’s included in the bedrooms?

  Each bedroom (12 total) has the following: 2 queen beds with linens, nightstand, chair and table, small coffee maker with mugs, and a full bathroom with shower, towels, hairdryer, and hand soap.

• Is the Retreat Center equipped with meeting-related equipment?

  Yes, the Retreat Center is outfitted with the following: Three screen displays in common area, a rolling whiteboard and all meeting material basics.

• What is the food and beverage policy?

  Guests are welcome to bring their own food and beverages. The Retreat Center features a refrigerator, warming drawers and a microwave, however it does not have a stovetop or oven.

  All-inclusive guests will have their Lutherhill-provided meals served in the Retreat Center unless prior arrangements are made.

  We are happy to provide a list of catering options upon request.
  Alcoholic beverages and glass are not permitted beyond the Retreat Center premises.

• What is the maximum capacity for the Retreat Center?

  The Retreat Center is intended for 12 overnight guests and has a maximum overnight capacity of 24 people. The common area meeting space can accommodate up to 75 people at tables and chairs.

• What activities are available?
  • The following Lutherhill activities are subject to availability, advance booking, and additional charges:
    • High ropes course
    • Swimming and canoeing in the pond
    • Swimming in the pool
    • Axe throwing
    • Slingshot range

  The following Lutherhill activities are available year round for all guests to enjoy at their leisure:

  • Walking trails and the labyrinth
  • Low ropes course
  • Campfire and s’mores
  • Nine square
  • Basketball
  • Sand volleyball
