If I was registered for a June session, can I just transfer to a July session?

July session registration for our previously registered June campers begins on June 8th. An email was sent with instructions about how to register and will be followed up with an email on the 8th with specific codes. If you are a June camper and did not receive this email, please contact registration@lutherhill.org for the information.

So how many campers will there be this summer?

We are limiting our weekly camper number to around 60. Campers will be housed in our 6 new cabins, with 10 per cabin. These numbers help us to abide by the cohort (small group) recommendations made by the CDC and for spacing recommendations made by the American Camp Association. What will happen if a camper gets sick?

If any staff or camper is found to have fever and a corresponding COVID-19 symptom, we will quarantine the individual in a comfortable, isolated location while awaiting parent pick up.
