This person is a facilitator that engages campers in initiatives, low ropes and high ropes. The Ropes Course Coordinator provides challenge and growth opportunities through the ropes course. Specific duties include training staff, providing course orientation, maintaining accurate records, guiding counseling staff while at the ropes course, and inspecting course and equipment. Other duties include assisting with transportation, worship, games and cabin supervision. Ropes Course Coordinator must attend Senior Staff Training and Staff Training.
