Minimum 19 years old.

This person is the designated leader and organizer for onsite and offsite camper programs. While on day camp, the Senior Counselor manages a day camp team and serves as a liaison between the congregation and camp. While onsite, the Senior Counselor leads a village (a group of 2 – 3 cabins) through the camp day, models cabin management and mentors village partners. The Senior Counselor must attend Senior Staff and Staff Training.
