Minimum 21 years old.

This person is the official timekeeper for the summer camp community. The Site Director works with the Summer Leadership Team to ensure that camp runs smoothly, empowering counseling staff members and supporting campers that need additional care. This director serves as a leader to the staff, campers, and sponsors. Camping experience is required, as are strong leadership skills. The Summer Site Director must attend Leadership Training as well as Staff Training.
