To secure your spot you must pay the non-refundable deposit stated on the registration form (amount varies depending on session). Registration fees are due in full two weeks prior to the first day of your session.

• More than 14 days: Cancellations received 14+ days before the first day of your session are eligible for a refund less the non-refundable deposit.
• Less than 14 days: Cancellations received within 14 days of your session are not eligible for a refund.

FOR FAMILY RETREATS: To receive the Family Max price, please register and then email casey@lutherhill.org. The discount will be applied after registration.
