Minimum 20 years old with lifeguard certification.

This person is a supervisor for the camp’s aquatic areas (pool and pond). The Aquatics Coordinator oversees the lifeguard schedule, ensures that the aquatic areas are clean and creates a safe and fun environment for campers. This person must be mature, responsible and possess American Red Cross Lifeguard certification or its equivalent. Other duties include assisting with worship, games, and cabin supervision. The Aquatics Coordinator must attend Senior Staff and Staff Training. Lifeguard Certification may be provided by Lutherhill Ministries.
